We aim to manufacture and ship your order within seven (7) working days but may ship earlier if possible.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, we provide an estimated delivery date but there may be delays due to adverse weather conditions, Covid restrictions etc.
If there will be a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We will always attempt to dispatch your items quickly, but please be aware that manufacturing and delivery delays may occur due to unforseen circumstances such as material shortages, Covid etc. which is beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility or liability in this situation.
- Shipping rates vary and are calculated at the checkout.
- We will ship your order free if the order value exceeds £200
- We currently use a variety of delivery companies dependant on size and weight of the parcel.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that there is somebody present to receive and sign for the package.
- If our courier cannot make a delivery, you may need to make further arrangements with the courier personally or collect the package from the courier's depot. We do not accept responsibility or liability in this situation.
